Healthier Holiday Favorites

The holidays are a time for family, but also a time for decadent foods you don’t indulge in year round. Personally, I love the baking aspect of it all, and the opportunity to branch out and try new appetizer recipes for all the holiday parties.

Still, I don’t recommend putting all your healthy eating practices on hold until the new year. While you don’t want to be the woman who brings a plain veggie tray to the party, there are some delicious recipes out there that will help you celebrate the season without packing on the pounds.
