Working out at home is entirely possible thanks to bodyweight exercises, but when you’re trying to squeeze in 10 different things during naptime, you don’t want to spend it all on your workout.
Here are my 5 favorite combination exercises – meaning you’re working more than one muscle group with one exercise – to give you the ultimate bang for your buck!
Walkout with Pushup to Jack
Squat to Twist
Bridge to Roll-up
Superman to From Kick
Tricep Dip and Crab Kick
You can drop and do one at a time throughout the day – great for a super quick energy and mood boost – for 60 seconds, or if you have 10 minutes, do each for a minute, back-to-back, for two rounds and call it a day!
